THRESHOLDAn Evil ally strikes its site, then may transform it into a Desecrated Ground from your collection.
Official FAQ1
Who controls the Desecrated Ground that the site transforms into?
Since the site transforms, the controller of the site will not change. Whoever controlled the site that was struck will control the Desecrated Ground. If that site had no controller, no one will control the Desecrated Ground.
