If the adjacent site silences the Boulevard (e.g. Smokestacks of Gnaak, Fields of Phyxis), is a Skeleton token is summoned?
No. The passive ability from the played site will silence the Boulevard first, before the trigger from Boulevard is checked.
If Geomancer creates a Rubble adjacent to Boulevard of Bones, do they create a skeleton?
No, the rubble is created in place, not played.
