THRESHOLDIf an opponent would search a deck, they search the top three cards instead.
Official FAQ2
How does this interact with effects like Browse or Kelp Caverns, which do not say to search, but have you look at cards instead?
If the effect does not use the word 'search' in its text, it will not be limited by Haystack.
Does this apply if my opponent is searching my deck as well?
Yes! Any time your opponent is searching their deck or your deck, they only search the top three cards.
